| LS
/ Project Manager: Must have strong mentoring,
organization and leadership skills. This person will be
responsible for daily assignment of work for field personnel,
and review and debrief with personnel at the end of each
day. He/she will be responsible for handling multiple
projects, full cycle project management, including QC,
pricing, monitoring of implementation/milestones/deadlines.
Supervision of field crews and office personnel in performance
of project tasks. Ability to work directly with clients.
(PLS is preferred) 5+ years experience.
Survey
Party Chief: Party Chief to lead survey crew
in Boundary, TOPO, ALTA surveys, and construction staking
on residential and commercial sites. Experienced with
GPS, RTK, Robotic Total Stations and Data Collectors
using TDS and Trimble Software. Strong mathematical
skills and a familiarity with AutoCAD LDD a plus. (LSIT
preferred) 3+ years experience.
Survey
Technician: Must know AutoCAD LDD and have
a strong mathematical knowledge. Must be able to prepare
ALTA's, boundaries, construction and pipeline computations.
Experienced in preparing legal descriptions and plats,
Record of Surveys, Track Maps and Parcel Maps, Lot Line
Adjustments, and Topography maps. GPS post processing
a plus. 2+ years of AutoCAD experience necessary.
