Rosell Surveying & Mapping, Inc. has been in operation in the Southern California area for the past 12 years. We run three full time field crews with the ability to expand to 5 crews when necessary. Our party chiefs are experienced in construction staking, boundary and topography. We have three CAD operators who are proficient in AutoCAD and Microstation. Our CAD operators are experienced in preparing tentative maps, final maps, legal descriptions, ALTA's, boundary, topography, and giving support to our field crews.

250 Acre Construction Staking Project at Dominguez Technological Center West (DTC West). mass grading, curb & gutter, underground, etc....

• Numerous condominiums, single family and concrete tilt-up projects throughout the Los Angeles Basin. Includes preliminary boundary and topography, record maps, construction staking.

• Rancho Summit II - 200 Acre Boundary & Topography in Rancho Cucamonga

• City of Whittier - Control for Aerial Mapping the City of Whittier, CA using GPS - Fast Static Methods.
• Pipeline staking, as-builts and pipeline locations using conventional and GPS procedures throughout Southern California, includes locating 120 miles of Questar Southern Trails Pipeline.
• 13 miles of pipeline staking and as-builts for the Southern California Gas Company, line 6900, includes legal description and plat preparation for right of way acquisitions.
• Alameda Corridor - Right of Way Survey and Topography on BNSF railroad property.
• GPS control staking on a 17 mile 24 inch gas pipeline project in Fontana, CA.
• Staking, as-built, and freeway monitoring for a 8 inch hydrogen pipeline project in Carson, CA.
• 36 inch directional drill near pier A at the Long Beach Harbor using GPS for control.
• 640 acre survey of strip mine in Kern County, CA.
• 240 acre ALTA survey in Kern County, CA.
• We also prepare the preliminary mapping, as-builts, legal descriptions, and 1A letters for cellular phone antenna sites (Cell Sites), combining both GPS and conventional methods.
• 490 acre boundary and topographic survey for a single family subdivision at Coyote Canyon in Fontana, CA
• Establish Geodetic Coordinates for 2500 parking stalls at 11 Los Angeles County Metro Authority Bus terminal sites, including establishing control for the GPS receiver and radio. Contracted to Orbital Sciences Corp.
